fix(ext/kv): reverse mapping between AnyValue::Bool
and KeyPart::Bool
(#18365)
Previously the mapping between `AnyValue::Bool` and `KeyPart::Bool` was inverted. This patch also allows using the empty key `[]` as range start/end to `snapshot_read`.
