This PR optimizes `Request` constructor init method step. It doubles the
speed for known lowercased methods. I also added `PATCH` to known
methods

Deno
Deno is a simple, modern and secure runtime for JavaScript and TypeScript that uses V8 and is built in Rust.

Install
