Kevin (Kun) "Kassimo" Qian e49d1e16ca feat: expose writeAll() and writeAllSync() (#2298)
Symmetric with `readAll()` and `readAllSync()`. Also used in `xeval`.
Also correct usage in `writeFile()`/`writeFileSync()`.
