This PR optimizes event dispatch by replacing `ReflectHas` with object
lookup. I also made `isSlottable` return `false` since AFAIK there
aren't any slottables nodes in Deno

Deno
Deno is a simple, modern and secure runtime for JavaScript and TypeScript that uses V8 and is built in Rust.
Features

Install
