Move lume task to its own file 
This is to encourage use of the predefined tasks and also means that
upgrades must now be performed manually.

Getting Started with Development

IMPORTANT: This repository uses Git LFS for large files. Install and set it up before cloning this repository.

Run the development server:

deno task serve

To build:

deno task build

To deploy:

deno task deploy
