Fix incorrect default value in CheatSheet for attachment MaxSize
I tested my forgejo instance and it says that it cannot upload files larger than 2048 MB. I also confirmed on the gitea cheatsheet where the value is also 2048 MB (see https://docs.gitea.com/administration/config-cheat-sheet#issue-and-pull-request-attachments-attachment)
