## Hierarchy
In Forgejo terminology a `workflow` is a `.yml` file in the
`.forgejo/workflows` directory of the repository. A `workflow` has `jobs` with
`steps` to be executed by a Action runner. See the [Glossary](#glossary) for
more descriptions of key terms.
