JakobDev	76659b1114	Reduce usage of db.DefaultContext (#27073) ... Part of #27065 This reduces the usage of `db.DefaultContext`. I think I've got enough files for the first PR. When this is merged, I will continue working on this. Nanguan Lin	cda97a7253	Update status and code index after changing the default branch (#27018) ... Fix #26723 Add `ChangeDefaultBranch` to the `notifier` interface and implement it in `indexerNotifier`.
