Refactor navbar 
- Added `alt` text to `<img/>` tags.
- No longer using a loop since there are not many entries. This also
  simplifies customizing each item.

The new link color is now green. The navbar icons should also use the
same color.

Generate navigation items using the nav plugin 
The `nav_icon` page data specifies which icon will be displayed in
the nav entry.
